Why we exist
Most people applying to CQC are not compliance professionals. They are nurses opening their first agency, clinicians going independent, families setting up a supported living service because they couldn't find one good enough for someone they love. They are extremely good at the thing they want to do, and completely new to the thing standing between them and doing it. What the market offered them was a document library. Two hundred templates, no order, no explanation of which ones applied, and no one to ask. So they filled them in as best they could, submitted, and waited months to find out they'd got it wrong.
The documents were never the difficult part. The judgement was.
We built a different model. Your application runs inside the MediComply portal as a simple task list. Your templates are already there, written for your sector. You upload what we ask for, and an experienced consultant reviews every piece of it, tells you what's wrong and why, and improves it with you. Then we complete the CQC forms, submit them, and prepare you properly for the registered manager interview. You always know what's outstanding, who's holding it, and what happens next. That is the whole difference.

Plenty of businesses that contact us are not in scope for CQC registration at all. We say so on the first call rather than taking a fee for an application nobody needed.
We don't promise outcomes
No consultancy can guarantee a registration decision, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you something. What we can promise is that CQC will never reject your application for something avoidable.
You keep everything
The policies and documents built during your application are yours, in editable format. You are not renting your own compliance from us.
We say when you're not ready
If your interview answers are weak or your evidence is thin, you will hear it from your consultant first. That conversation is uncomfortable and it is the entire point of paying for one.
